We had decided more or less the the type of vehicle which would suit us by reading reviews in the press and online. Searching our area we found 3 advertised at the price range we had in mind and in the correct colour. We approached two sellers before we visited Spencer Car Sales, Both experiences proved unsatisfactory . We then met the company Rep of Spencer Sales ltd. What a breath of fresh air This Man (Lee) conducted the transaction in a thoroughly professional manner ,listened to our requirements and answered many questions about our proposed purchase . We came to a satisfactory conclusion that same afternoon and collected our new car one week later. It has been a really pleasant experience altogether and Lee astounded us with his knowledge of all makes of cars. Needless to say the new car is a Delight. We award the Company 5 Stars.
